That device, the Moto X, could be available later this summer, it's believed. Assuming that's true, and assuming that Motorola is indeed working on a new smartphone, the company needs to do several things if the Moto X is to be successful. Since the Moto X will be walking into a marketplace that is crowded with many high-quality products, it will have to have impressive features to get smartphone buyers' attention—features that separate it from the ever-expanding pack.
